The
final version of the manuscripts of the accepted
papers (for regular sessions and poster sessions)
should be sent electronically at the following
email: tpc@icnews-bd.org
with a copy at suprova02@yahoo.ca,
no later than October 23, 2005. The final
manuscript should be prepared according to the
IEEE standard guidelines for preparing manuscripts
for major IEEE Conference Proceedings. A sample
can be downloaded from: http://www.ieee.org/portal/cms_docs/pubs/confpubcenter/pdfs/samplems.pdf
The authors must send a filled up IEEE copyright
form by fax. The fax number is 1-204-261-4639
and should be addressed to Dr. Ekram Hossain.

The size of the final manuscript should be
limited to FIVE letter-sized pages.
Papers exceeding FIVE pages will be charged US
$100 for each additional page.
Also, to be included in the conference program
and in the conference proceedings, at least one
author must register (with Full Registration
fee) and present the paper in the conference
